Enira White 2025
Enira White 2025: A Luminous White Blend from Bessa Valley
Enira White 2025 offers a fresh perspective on the Enira style, expressed through a refined white blend. It brings together the natural generosity of Southern Rhône varieties with the clarity and balance shaped by the Bessa Valley terroir. The result is a white wine with presence and poise, combining aromatic richness with measured freshness.
Tasting Profile & Sensory Experience
The wine has a brilliant light golden color. A Superb bouquet reveals a plenty of aromas such as apricot, peach, quince, elderberry, lime and honey. The taste is soft, dense and homogeneous. Silkiness and freshness are felt on the palate. Long
lasting fruitiness completes this lovely wine.
On the palate, Enira White 2025 is rich and textured, with a supple, almost oily mouthfeel, balanced by a precise, refreshing crispness.
Terroir & Winemaking
Carefully selected vineyard parcels provide the balance between ripeness and freshness required for this style of white wine. Each variety is treated individually to preserve its character and contribute clarity to the final blend.
Grape Varieties:
- 50% Marsanne
- 23% Roussanne
- 27% Viognier
Winemaking:
The parcels are selected and monitored to determine the optimal harvest date. Grapes are hand-picked with quality control in the vineyard, followed by gentle destemming and careful berry selection. Direct pneumatic pressing allows precise control over juice parameters such as colour, acidity and phenolic balance. Each variety is fermented separately at low temperatures to preserve aromatic purity.
The wine undergoes bâtonnage on fine lees for 3–6 months under controlled conditions, adding texture and depth. After blending, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Shine ON – Blanc de Noir
The Art of Blanc de Noir
Blanc de Noir — “white from black” — is one of the most delicate expressions in winemaking. Its essence lies in gentle extraction, allowing the juice of red grapes to remain clear, untouched by colour. Crafted from 100% Merlot, Shine On begins in the vineyard, where grapes are harvested slightly before full ripeness to preserve freshness and natural acidity. From there, every step is guided by precision:- only free-run juice is used
- pressing is gentle and controlled
- fermentation takes place at 14°C
- the process follows white winemaking techniques throughout
