Delivery Terms
All orders placed through the website www.bessavalley.com are processed and fulfilled by our logistics partner Butilkite.com.
Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and are carried out by courier service.
Delivery Time
Deliveries are made within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
In exceptional cases (out-of-stock items, public holidays, or remote locations), delivery time may be extended.
Delivery Fee
6.99 BGN (≈ 3.58 EUR) – for orders valued under 99.99 BGN (≈ 51.12 EUR)
Free delivery – for orders valued over 100.00 BGN (≈ 51.13 EUR)
Prices apply to deliveries within Bulgaria.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment is made to the courier upon receipt.
Bank Transfer – the order is dispatched after the payment is received.
Inspection upon Delivery
Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier.
If you find any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, note them on the delivery receipt and inform the supplier immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
According to Bulgarian consumer protection law, customers have the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
