TERMS OF DELIVERY
Order Processing
All orders placed through www.bessavalley.com are processed and dispatched by Bessa Valley Winery Ltd.
Deliveries are carried out exclusively via licensed courier service partners. We do not offer delivery with our own transport.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
In exceptional cases (out-of-stock items, public holidays, or remote locations), delivery time may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
We offer free courier delivery within Bulgaria for orders over EUR 49.99.
For orders below this amount, the applicable courier fee is displayed during checkout before finalizing the purchase.
These conditions apply only to deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria.
Payment Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
Inspection upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier.
If any damage, missing items, or discrepancies are identified, these must be noted on the courier’s delivery document and reported to Bessa Valley Winery Ltd. immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must:
- Be in their original packaging
- Be unused
- Be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
Territorial Scope
Deliveries are available only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
Bessa Valley Winery Ltd. is responsible for proper dispatch of the goods.
The company is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, force majeure events, public holidays, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
