The website also provides the possibility to place online orders for wines sold directly by Bessa Valley Winery Ltd.
By placing an order through the website, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with Bessa Valley Winery Ltd.
By using this website, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.

The content of the website is intended for informational and commercial purposes related to Bessa Valley wines.

- Wine Sales
Products offered in the online store represent wines produced or distributed by Bessa Valley Winery Ltd.
All orders are subject to product availability.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons aged 18 years or older.

- Payment Methods
Available payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
Refunds in case of withdrawal from purchase are made via bank transfer to a bank account provided by the customer.
- Delivery
Deliveries are carried out via licensed courier services.
The online store accepts orders only for delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Free courier delivery within Bulgaria is available for orders above EUR 49.99.
- Inspection upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier.
Any damage or missing items must be noted in the courier’s delivery document and reported immediately to Bessa Valley Winery Ltd.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned products must:
- be unused
• be in their original packaging
• be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

- delays caused by courier services
• force majeure events
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
