Freshness in a Bottle: The First Sips of Spring
With the arrival of longer days and the budding vines in the Valley of the Bessi, our senses
naturally tune in to more ethereal and vivid flavors. In this transitional season, Rosé Enira
Grand Cuvée 2024 remains one of the most impressive choices in our selection: a wine that
carries within itself the sunshine of the Valley and the elegance characteristic of the Bessa
Valley signature.
The Essence of Purity
Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024 was created with an uncompromising focus on fruit purity and
harmonic balance. The process begins right in the vineyards, where precise monitoring of
ripeness allows us to determine the optimal moment for harvest. Every cluster is carefully
selected, and after hand-picking, the grapes undergo a secondary selection of whole berries on
vibrating sorting tables. This pursuit of perfection is reflected from the very first contact with
the wine: its brilliant light pink color with fine radiant tints foreshadows a refined and
expressive style of rosé.
Aromatic Profile: A Symphony of Fruit
The aromatic spectrum of Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024 is intense and rich. Thanks to the
precise control during alcoholic fermentation, which took place at a temperature of 14–16°C for
a period of 20 days, we managed to preserve the delicate character of the fruit. In the glass, the
following unfold smoothly:
Fresh citrus, which energizes the senses from the very start.
Ripe peach and pear, bringing a sense of tenderness and spring finesse.
Delicate tropical nuances and notes of banana, which lend an unexpected and
memorable character to the finish.
The Art of Balance in Grand Cuvée
What distinguishes Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024 is its structure and precise varietal
composition. The blend of Petit Verdot (62%) and Syrah (38%) is the result of our quest for
density and softness:
Petit Verdot: As the dominant variety, it provides a solid foundation and character to
the wine, distinguishing it from lighter styles of rosé.
Syrah: It complements the blend with pronounced fruit juiciness and softness, making
the taste complete and harmonious.
An extremely important stage of the vinification is the work with the lees. The wine ages for
three months on gross lees, followed by an additional one to three months on fine lees. It is
precisely this that gives Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024 its specific smooth texture, roundness,
and long, refreshing finish.
Spring Culinary Pairings
With the onset of the season for fresh produce and light dishes, Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024
becomes an indispensable companion at the table. At an optimal serving temperature of
8–10°C, the wine unfolds its full potential in combination with:
Seafood: Roasted fish, shrimp, and seafood salads.
Fresh dishes: Light salads, vegetables, and soft cheeses.
Mediterranean cuisine: Dishes prepared with fresh herbs, olive oil, and citrus notes.
We invite you to rediscover the harmony of our Rosé Enira Grand Cuvée 2024: a wine created
to turn every shared spring moment into a true pleasure.
