A very deep garnet colour introduces this elegant wine. An abundance of aromas unfolds into a magnificent bouquet of forest fruits, ripe plum, and red cherry, beautifully complemented by notes of chocolate, vanilla, and dried herbs. On the palate, it is rich, smooth, and well-integrated. The structure is masterfully balanced, with silky tannins derived from ripe fruit and fine oak aging. Luxurious and persistent flavours culminate in a truly superb wine.

• Manual harvesting and quality control on the vineyard
• Destemming and berries selection on the vibrating tables
• Filling the concrete tanks by gravity without crushing the berries

• Hot maceration: 14-21 days at 28-30⁰C
