Rosé Enira 2025
- Primary aromas: Strawberry and raspberry.
- Secondary notes: Mango, pear and subtle spring flowers.
On the palate, Rosé Enira 2025 is soft and rounded, with a precise sense of freshness and well-measured acidity. The texture is smooth, carrying the fruit with ease. The finish is long and elegant, generous in fruit yet restrained, leaving a refined and vibrant impression.
Terroir & Winemaking
Selected vineyard parcels in Bessa Valley provide the balance between aromatic intensity and freshness required for a refined rosé style. Careful timing of the harvest ensures purity of fruit and natural acidity.
Grape Varieties:
- 66% Syrah
- 34% Petit Verdot
Winemaking:
The parcels are carefully selected, and detailed grape analyses determine the optimal harvest time. The grapes are hand-picked with strict quality control in the vineyard, followed by gentle destemming and sorting of whole berries. Direct pneumatic pressing allows precise control of juice parameters, including colour, total acidity and phenolic balance.
Alcoholic fermentation proceeds at low temperatures to preserve aromatic clarity. The wine is aged on heavy lees for three months, followed by blending and further ageing on fine lees for one to three months, adding subtle texture. The wine is then stabilised, filtered and bottled.
Food Pairing & Serving Suggestions
Rosé Enira 2025 is well suited to lighter cuisine and relaxed dining, while retaining enough structure to accompany more nuanced dishes:
- Seafood: Grilled prawns, tuna tartare, seafood salads
- Light dishes: Fresh salads, summer vegetables, soft cheeses
- Mediterranean flavours: Dishes with herbs, citrus and olive oil
Serving temperature: 8–10°C
Cellaring potential: Best enjoyed young for its brightness and aromatic freshness, within 1–2 years of the vintage.

Shine ON – Blanc de Noir
The Art of Blanc de Noir
Blanc de Noir — “white from black” — is one of the most delicate expressions in winemaking. Its essence lies in gentle extraction, allowing the juice of red grapes to remain clear, untouched by colour. Crafted from 100% Merlot, Shine On begins in the vineyard, where grapes are harvested slightly before full ripeness to preserve freshness and natural acidity. From there, every step is guided by precision:- only free-run juice is used
- pressing is gentle and controlled
- fermentation takes place at 14°C
- the process follows white winemaking techniques throughout
