Enira Neipperg Selection 2020

This wine has a dark garnet color. The aromas are intense, typical for the varieties that create the blend. Plum, red cherry, blackcurrant, cacao, hints of tobacco and spices can be found. The taste is oily ,soft and homogeneous. Enira Neipperg Selection 2020 delights with rich aftertaste and medium length.

Winemaking:

• Manual harvesting and quality control on the vineyard
• De-stemming and berries selection on vibrating tables
• Filling the concrete tanks only by gravity without crushing the berries
• Cold maceration: 5-7 days at 10-12⁰C
• Alcohol fermentation: 5-10 days at 24-26⁰C
• Hot maceration: 14-21 days at 28-30⁰C
• Malolactic fermentation
