Kiss of Life – Rosé
The Language of Delicacy
Some wines speak loudly. Others leave a lasting impression in silence.
Kiss of Life Rosé by Bessa Valley belongs to the latter — a wine defined by nuance, elegance, and precision. Inspired by the quiet emotional depth of music, it celebrates those subtle moments that stay with us the longest.
The Philosophy of Delicacy
Creating a refined rosé is not about doing more, but about doing less — with absolute precision.
Crafted from Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Merlot, Kiss of Life is guided by purity and balance. The process begins in the vineyard, with careful parcel selection, precise harvest timing, and hand-picking under strict quality control.
In the winery, every step is designed to preserve finesse:
- gentle destemming and whole-berry selection
- direct pneumatic pressing for delicate colour extraction
- fermentation at controlled temperatures (14–16°C)
Texture, Depth & Balance
The wine gains further dimension through ageing:
- 3 months on heavy lees
- followed by additional ageing on fine lees
This approach brings not only freshness, but also:
subtle texture, depth, and a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
A Rosé That Whispers
In the glass, Kiss of Life reveals a pale, luminous colour with delicate orange hues.
The aromas unfold with elegance – strawberry, raspberry, mango, pear, spring flowers.
On the palate – soft, balanced, and refined.
The finish is long and graceful.
This is not a wine that seeks attention — it earns it.
The Beauty of Quiet Moments
Kiss of Life is not about intensity — it is about presence.
A wine for late afternoons, quiet conversations and moments that need no explanation.
Kiss of Life — the quiet moments stay the longest.

Tasting Profile & Sensory Experience
- Primary aromas: Plum and forest fruits.

Terroir & Winemaking
Petit Verdot is cultivated in selected parcels where the variety can reach full phenolic maturity. The limited production reflects a focused approach, privileging quality and character over volume.Grape Variety:
- 100% Petit Verdot
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand with strict quality control in the vineyard. After gentle destemming and careful berry selection, whole berries are transferred by gravity into concrete tanks without crushing. Cold maceration precedes fermentation, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation and extended warm maceration to achieve depth of extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, exclusively new oak, building structure and complexity. The final blend is filtered and bottled.Food Pairing & Serving Suggestions

Shine ON – Blanc de Noir
The Art of Blanc de Noir
Blanc de Noir — “white from black” — is one of the most delicate expressions in winemaking. Its essence lies in gentle extraction, allowing the juice of red grapes to remain clear, untouched by colour. Crafted from 100% Merlot, Shine On begins in the vineyard, where grapes are harvested slightly before full ripeness to preserve freshness and natural acidity. From there, every step is guided by precision:- only free-run juice is used
- pressing is gentle and controlled
- fermentation takes place at 14°C
- the process follows white winemaking techniques throughout
