CABERNET ENIRA 2020
Deep ruby color fascinates at first. Intense, typical varietal aromas form superb sensations from black cherry, black currant, baking spice and cinnamon. Medium body, nice acidity, silk tannins make taste soft and sappy. The after taste is fruity with medium length.

Winemaking:
- The grapes are hand-picked, then carefully selected on vibrating tables
- Cold maceration of whole berries is performed from 3 to 5 days at 10-12 ⁰C in order to extract color and aromas
- Alcohol fermentation with addition of selected yeast strains is controlled at 24-26 ºC during 8-10 days, to reach 3-4 g/l residual sugar
- Maceration from 7 to 10 days in concrete tanks 10 m³-thermoregulated
- Malolactic fermentation continues in concrete tanks
- Aging for one year in medium-toasted French oak barrels
