Kiss of Life draws its inspiration from music that embodies sensuality, warmth, and emotional depth. This wine is about tenderness, intimacy, and beautifully quiet moments — those that do not seek attention yet remain deeply felt.

Winemaking & philosophy

Kiss of Life is an exercise in balance, crafted from Syrah, Petit Verdot and Merlot following a philosophy of precision, elegance, and purity of fruit.

Production begins with a careful selection of vineyard parcels, supported by detailed grape analysis to determine the optimal harvest moment. The grapes are hand-picked, with strict quality control applied directly in the vineyard.

In the winery, they undergo gentle destemming and whole-berry sorting, ensuring that only the finest fruit is used. Direct pneumatic pressing allows precise control over juice parameters, resulting in a delicate color, vibrant acidity, and refined aromatic expression.

Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 20 days at controlled temperatures of 14–16°C, preserving aromatic freshness and finesse. The wine is then aged on heavy lees for three months, followed by blending and additional aging on fine lees for one to three months, enhancing texture, depth, and complexity. Final steps include stabilization, filtration, and bottling.

Kiss of Life reveals a very pale, luminous rosé color with subtle orange hues.

The bouquet is pure and expressive, offering aromas of strawberries, raspberries, mango, pear, and spring flowers. On the palate, the wine is soft and rounded, with excellent freshness and beautifully balanced acidity. The finish is long, elegant, and fruit-driven, completing this vibrant yet refined rosé.
