Minister Lachezar Borisov presented the Golden Cellar of Bulgaria grand prize for 2020 to Bessa Valley winery

Wine cellar Bessa Valley won the prize “Golden Cellar of Bulgaria” for 2020. The grand prize is awarded for “The strongest support from wine connoisseurs on social media.”

The big crystal prize of the web site exporter.bg was presented by Lachezar Borisov – Minister of the Economy of Bulgaria. The award was given to Julia Kostadinova, brand manager for the wines of Bessa Valley winery at Avendi Ltd.

“Bulgaria is a symbol of quality wine “, said Minister Lachezar Borisov at the award ceremony.

“This is a team effort. We produce Bessa Valley wines with passion and dedication for nearly 20 years and it is a great pleasure for all of us to receive the 2020 Golden Cellar of Bulgaria Award, which is based on the recognition of wine lovers in social media. Today our wines are appreciated locally and beyond the national borders. Staying connected with the wine amateurs’ expectations is a key issue for us. Rewards like the Golden Cellar Award are not only important to promote the quality of our wines but also to boost the position of our brand on the international markets.“
