Enira 2008 tasting in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Bak Kut Teh is a Chinese herbal soup, very popular in Malaysia. It is not easy to find a suitable wine to be paired with her strong herbal flavors and its bitterness.

Enira 2008 is the wine wich represented Bulgaria at the tasting and impressed guests at Crystal Crown Hotel. Spicy flavors with very red fruit and wood notes combine perfectly with the herbal flavors of Chinese dishes and still create an exceptional freshness.

Soon Enira 2008 will be available in Malaysia. The other wines in the tasting were Spanish Artadi Pagos Viejos 2001 and the Italian Serpico Dei Feudi Di San Gregorio 2001.
