Dark ruby colour. Intense aromas of plum, black cherry, blueberry, leather and toasted bread are found at the nose. The taste is soft, homogeneous, medium structured with earthy notes. Fruity and lasting final.

• Manual harvesting and quality control on the vineyard

• Filling the concrete tanks by gravity with no crushing
• Cold maceration: 3-5 days at 10-12⁰ C

• Hot maceration: 8-10 days at 28-30 ⁰ C

• Aging in French oak barrels 30 % in two years and 70% in three years old for 12 months
