Faithful to its style, this Domain Bessa Valley Reserva 2015 wine will charm you with its French finesse. The wine repeats its style during the years, without conceding even an inch from the qualities of the legendary Enira Reserva 2004. Today, 20 years later Bessa Valley has other big hitters in the heavyweight category such as Grande Cuvée and Syrah but to their most faithful fans it’s precisely the Reserva that carries the character of the wine cellar. And this vintage is spectacular – a complex wine, delicate, harmonious and delicious at the same time. A textbook creation!

Enira Reserva 2015 is a spectacular wine consisting of 4 red grape varieties – Merlot 60%, Syrah 33%, Petit Verdot 5% and Cabernet Sauvignon 2%, which follows the classical French best practice in winemaking. First selection is performed on the vineyard and only good fully mature grapes are hand-picked, then carefully selected again on sorting tables. The philosophy is to ferment only good quality of grapes. The selection of Marc Dworkin and Count Stephan von Neipperg produced a full-bodied, harmonious red wine, which can be aged for quite a few years, but offers also great drinking pleasure right away. The wine was created by Svetoslav Jurov and Marc Dworkin. The grapes are from the best plots of the Bessa Valley terroir near Ognianovo village, which are now 19 years old. The unique flavor profile and wine structure are a result of 18 months ageing in 50% new oak and 50% one year old French oak barrels.
