Tasting notes:

Lovely, very pale pink color with ethereal glints.Intense citrus aromas with floral accents. Fresh, well-formed structure, good acidity balance, and pleasant aftertaste.

Winemaking:

- Selection of certain parcels of grapes varieties

- Analyzing of grapes

- Hand picking of selected grapes from each varieties

- Destemming and selection of whole berries on sorting tables

- Direct pressing with pneumatic press machine in order to reach desire juice parameters

- Alcohol fermentation about 20 days at 14C maximum

- Blending

- Aging in tank 3-6 months before bottling

- Stabilization

- Filtering

- Bottling
