Enira Rosé 2012

Grape varieties:

- 50% Petit Verdot

- 50% Syrah

Special parcels selected for this particular Rose. Harvested from 21st to 24th of September 2010. Special press process elaborated for this singular wine (direct press for each varietal). Cold fermentation at 16°C maximum. Aged in tanks for 6 months before bottling. Colour is pale pink. Grapefruit, orange skin and yellow flowers aromas. The mouth is greasy, with a long, refreshing and balanced ending. Peach and grapefruit flavours are completing the wonderful after-taste of this wine.
